Hey Afaconados!
I know you guys are probably tired of the recaps about my trip by now, but I neglected to mention the last stop on our European tour…the city of Palma in Mallorca, Spain.
After our amazing cultural and delicious dining experiences in Rome, then the stunning views of the coast in Amalfi, my bestie and I made our way over the beach for some fun in the sun. The beaches in Mallorca are BEYOND gorgeous! White sands, beautiful turquoise blue water and wind surfers…LOTS of wind surfers. It’s certainly a great help that it’s so windy there. We heard from one of the locals that the time of year determines just how windy it can get.
On our first night there, we were lucky enough to stumble upon a Fish Spa. If you’ve never heard of a fish spa, it’s probably because it’s only legal in 3 states here in the U.S. Since most of you probably won’t get to have this experience based on that information, I can tell you this…once you get used to the tickling of the fish chomping away at your calloused feet (they eat away the dead skin)…you are in for a treat my friend. After our 25 minutes, my bestie and I had feet so soft it felt like a baby’s bottom. It was AMAZING!

Since we were limited on our time in Mallorca, we decided to kill two birds with one stone on Day 2 by taking a visit to the City Center to see La Seu Cathedral of Palma and then later going to the beach to lay out. The Palma Cathedral is gorgeous….and HUGE! We had so much fun doing our photo shoot there.
My outfit for the day was neck to ankle from Target with the exception of my scarf, which I got in London. I wore my trusty fedora and rocked my gladiator sandals to top it off for more of a European feel.
Here are some of the pics:

I’m not sure where my friends and I will go that can top this trip to Europe, but I’m SO excited for the next adventure…the next chapter in my Book of Travel. There’s something about getting on a plane and going off to explore land you’ve never set foot on before…something it does to you. It changes you somehow. I feel so free when I travel, like I can do anything. There’s so much of the world I want to see and I can’t wait to show you all where I go next!
