I’ve always loved ponchos but never knew when it was the right time to wear one. I think I’ve figured it out now though. It really depends on the weight of the poncho. If it’s a warm one, and this one is very warm, then you can layer it with a thick sweater. I promise you that with the right layers, you’ll be warm enough to withstand some pretty cold temperatures. I wore mine to brunch this past weekend and it was 30 degrees out. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I was. I did still wear gloves which helped as well.
Styling was easy because I already had a concept in mind. I recently bought a pair of Stuart Weitzman Combat Boots and I knew I wanted to wear them with it. A simple, white cashmere turtleneck from NOMADBASIC tucked in and paired with my Abercrombie & Fitch Jeans with NO belt and there you have it! Oh! And don’t let me neglect to mention the LOEWE Puzzle Bag…that sets off the entire look!

The great thing about this poncho is that I can wear it during spring too because it’ll be cool enough! My brain is about to explode with all of the ways I’ve been thinking about styling it! This is literally one of my favorite gifts!
