As the last bit of winter starts to fade and the sun begins to make its way out for spring and summer, I’m inclined to hold onto just a few trendy oversized sweaters. Why? Because when you live in a place where the weather is bi-polar, you can never expect it to actually stay warm just because it’s spring. I’ve always been a fan of having key, investment pieces in my closet. It’s important to me to have pieces that won’t go out of style for years to come. I’m sure I don’t have to tell you that buying quality pieces will save you more money in the long run than buying what I like to call “temporary clothing”. That’s why I recently made a big purchase.
I had been coveting this super stylish Balenciaga Sweater for quite a while now. I’m glad I finally pulled the trigger and bought it! It’s comfortable, warm, and with the in-between weather, I can wear it on it’s own with no jacket or coat. Trendy oversized sweaters are great pieces to wear for weather like what we’re having.
I feel like I can wear (or not wear) this sweater with just about anything. I’ve seen it styled by itself, with leggings, skinny jeans, over-sized jeans, you name it! The possibilities are endless! For my outfit today, I styled it with a pair of Drome Leather Leggings and my favorite new Stuart Weitzman Combat Boots.

Don’t you just love it?! I’m crazy about oversized sweaters! Although I may have bought this one a little late in the season, that’s okay because I plan to wear it a lot during winter this year! As a matter of fact, I’ll be wearing it this weekend!
